Monday 13 October 14:30 to 15:30
This workshops will be run by the Mental Health Support Team and Place2Be.
'We will look at what anxiety is, when it becomes a problem, and what keeps it going. We will be offering practical skills to help parents manage their child's worries. All welcome.'
