Year 2 take part in Florence Nightingale Workshop

As part of their history topic looking at "People Who Made a Significant Difference", our Year 2 pupils travelled to Fort Nelson to take part in the Florence Nightingale workshop this term. They enjoyed using role play, dress-up and object handling to discover what life was really like on a Crimean Battle Camp, and learnt how the 'Lady with the Lamp' made pioneering changes in the field of medical sanitation.
